Observations and Fieldwork Placements

​Students are always welcome at Life Span Occupational Therapy, if you would like to obtain observations hours please contact me with your name, contact details and provide me with information on your availability and what you are working towards and background experience in the form of a resume for your background check.

If you are already participating an accredited occupational therapy program and looking for a fieldwork practicum, Jacqueline is a certified student fieldwork educator. Please ask your school to contact us to set up a contract to accommodate your needs.
