Life Span Occupational Therapy Services LLC in Lacey, Washington is owned and operated by Jacqueline Watson OTR/L, C/NDT since 2005. Jacqueline has been working as an occupational therapist for over 28 years and has worked in wide variety of clinical and educational settings with both adult and pediatric populations in the United States, UK, and Caribbean. Jacqueline has clinical experience with developmental, physical and psychiatric disabilities.
Jacqueline is a very passionate and committed therapist who looks at every client individually and holistically. A comprehensive evaluation is conducted which looks at every system within the body and how system impairments affect an individual’s functional performance and levels of independence. Jacqueline then works with clients and their families to formulate client centered goals and measurable outcomes to ensure progress is made towards desired functional independence. Jacqueline believes in connecting the brain and body together for individuals to make more informed choices about their well being. Jacqueline specializes in life span therapy, auditory processing and a variety of specialized music programs, neurodevelopmental treatment, postural training, breathing, pediatric pelvic floor, behavioral therapy, reflexes, craniosacral therapy, hand therapy and trauma informed therapy among many other clinical specialties. When Jacqueline is not busy treating and running the business she enjoys teaching, kayaking, hiking, camping, travelling the world. She enjoys spending time with family and her two Aussiedoodles Sweetie and Ollie whom you may see helping in the clinic on occasions, seen here after a hard day playing. |
Meet our Administrative Assistant/OT Aids:
Jessica CastilloJessica received her bachelors in English and is working on continuing her education to become an occupational therapist. She has several years of experience working with children from pre-k to young adults. Jessica's favorite part of working with youth is witnessing their developmental growth. When not at work she substitutes at a school and enjoys her time pursuing creative passions in various art mediums.

Keisha Laguer VandessppoollKeisha is currently studying to earn her bachelors degree in psychology. In addition to being an Administrative Assistant/OT Aide, Keisha has a passion for working with children in a variety of settings with a focus in learning and development through creative play. She is planning on becoming an Occupational Therapist after her studies and would like to one day have a non profit agency. Outside of the clinic, Keisha is a swim coach for children and youth, and she enjoys spending time in nature, dancing, ceramics, and knitting! Keisha also participates in charity work that takes her around the world helping those less fortunate than us.

Meet Our Therapist | Angie Oliver COTA/L
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Angie has practiced as a COTA since 2013 with an Associate Degree from an accredited program in Tacoma, WA. With over 7 years of experience practicing OT in a variety of settings helping clients achieve independence and success, overcoming obstacles, and realizing their potential. It’s been a long-time dream to work in early intervention with a philosophy that everyone should, and deserves to, have a purpose in life no matter what age or challenges they may face. Angie states "Practicing occupational therapy is a rewarding field that I believe can make a difference in people's and families' lives". In her free time, She loves being in nature, gardening, and taking care of many houseplants. She also enjoys baking and cooking, and when weather permits taking little road trips on her motorcycle! Meet Our Therapist | Jenni Christensen COTA/L
Certified occupational therapy assistant
Jenni loves being a COTA and is passionate about occupational therapy and helping others achieve their full potential. She graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Green River Community College in 2014. Her education, volunteer and work experience has provided her the opportunity to work with patients in a variety of settings, from schools to adult day health to (most recently) skilled nursing facilities. She loves hearing people’s stories, getting to know them, and helping them to reach their goals and achieve their greatest level of independence. Jenni is a member of the WOTA Political Action Committee and has participated in Hike the Hill, advocating for laws that promote the goals of occupational therapy within the state of Washington. When not at work, Jenni enjoys being outside, hiking, walking along the beach, traveling. She also enjoys quilting, cross stitching, attending musical theater, and reading cozy mysteries. Meet Our PRN Therapist | Nicole Prohaska OTR/L
Registered Occupational therapist
Nicole graduated with a masters of OT from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in FL and received a Bachelor's degree in Health Science at Clemson University in SC. Prior to moving to the state of Washington, Nicole worked in Washington DC as a pediatric OT in the school and clinic setting. Improving daily life, building confidence, and achieving personalized goals is a huge aspect I love about OT. I have a big heart that is passionate for working with and building relationships with each child and family. Nicole enjoys helping people with their executive functioning skills and exploring their sensory systems. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends. Nicole will be assisting us as needed for PRN work. |
